THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
Middel groot productie bedrijf in Medical Devices.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Begeleid zelfstandig een technisch documentatie project met betrekking tot medische instrumenten. Leidt het multidisciplinaire projectteam bestaande uit 18 personen en twee externe partijen (25 FTE).
Binnen het project wordt de technische documentatie voor een groot aantal productgroepen opgesteld. Het betreft hier het huidige productassortiment.
- Stuurt binnen het project functioneel de project engineers, RA officers, QA officers, SPMD (Strategic Product Management Director), manager NPD-I (New Product Development Instruments) en project assistent aan.
- Bijhouden van de projectplanning en statusoverzicht
- Rapportage voortgang aan programma management / COO
- Het uitvoeren van het project binnen de overeengekomen tijdsplanning en binnen budget
- Voorzitten van wekelijkse en dagelijkse overleggen met projectteam

REQUIREMENTS
Competenties/ Kennis
• Pro-actieve, gedreven houding, pragmatisch, doorzettingsvermogen
• Analytisch, hoofdlijnen in de gaten houden, organisatorisch sterk
• People manager
• Beheersing MS project noodzakelijk
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
• Goed niveau van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
Ervaring
• 3 - 5 jaar werkervaring in het aansturen van een multidisciplinair projectteam in een technische omgeving
• HBO of WO niveau in een technische richting
• Ervaring of opleiding met betrekking tot de productontwikkeling is een pre
• Ervaring binnen de medical device industrie is een absolute pre
• Ervaring met documentatie trajecten is een sterke pre
Plaats in organisatie
• 4 of 5 dagen (alle dagen aanwezig op locatie)
• Valt binnen R&D, onder product manager NPD-I, werkt nauw samen met manager NPD-I
• Vanaf begin november tot eind mei
