THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company takes special care in human welfare and is one of the worlds pioneers in Cancer treatments and treating brain disorders. They are known for creating state-of-the-art tools and treatment for radiotherapy.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will play a key customer facing role in preparing for and fulfilling the customer order. The project manager is the key point of contact for our customers when planning and implementing our solutions. You will be planning, managing, coordinating and taking financial control of each project, working closely together with all layers in the hospital and external parties, keeping track of the processes and the correct implementation of our products. You will be essential for building customer relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction. You are able to communicate strongly, both internally as externally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partnering with Sales, supporting with technical support during acquisition and building customer relations
- Support customer implementation
- You will also be involved in searching for projects to pull forward into the fiscal year
- Manage the implementation of our products and take charge of the day to day operational aspects.
- Collaborate technical and management knowledge
- Be responsible for the implementation of our products in the hospitals, working together with parties in the hospital and external parties together
REQUIREMENTS
- You have experience in Project Management in the Healthcare industry (3-5 Years)
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a significant plus
- You have finished a Bachelor degree in either commercial or technical (Medical) field
- Experience with medical devices (radiotherapy) is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
- Ability to communicate with customers (commercially minded)
