We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a blue-chip, Poznań-based financial services organization.

Responsibilities:
- Planning, directing, and coordinating large scale as well as moderately complex projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished with high quality and meeting business needs
- Identifying, writing, and prioritizing business requirement
- Serving as the primary interface to business and technological team regarding functionality and processes
- Designing and developing approaches, ensuring that the strategic directions of projects are in line with business objectives.
- Direct project monitoring, control and governance activities including managing project scope, direct project schedules and budgets, monitoring projects for continuous improvement, project team meetings and status update,etc.
- Providing guidance, feedback, coaching and mentoring to project team members
- Develop and present project communications (including business requirements and strategic messages around change implementation) to key internal and external stakeholders
- Managing project work among different teams and/or locations; managing external relationships with vendors and suppliers
Candidate expectations:
- Over 3 years cross-functional, cross-disciplinary project management and business analysis experience
- Knowledge of the key components of project management and associated tools and methodologies
- General knowledge and ability to apply business practices in the context of project management activities
- Financial /accounting background is preferable
- Understanding of the Financial Services sector will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Project, Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
