Our Client is an international, well known commercial developer. Currently due to project portfolio development on behalf of our Client we are searching for experienced Project Managers to Kraków, Katowice and Wrocław.
In scope of Project Manager responsibilities will be management of whole investment process of office building, coordination of design from permitting phase, budget and schedule preparation. Project Manager will also cooperate with general contractor, Site Inspectors and Architects. Project Manager will also cooperate with leasing and asset department and will manager a project team.
The successful Candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in area of construction or commercial development (office, shopping mall, residential, warehouses). Strong project management skills and very good project development knowledge are essential on this position. Very good English is a must.
