Our client is a professional Healthcare organization, based in Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
In the role of Project Management Officer, you are responsible for all the running IT Projects and support of the managers involved.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities as a Project Management Officer are:
- Supporting and advising project and programme managers through the development and implementation of project documentation (planning, scope changes, risk and mapping issues, communication).
- The provision of control and management activities (progress reports, quality reviews on projects, financial reporting, resource planning).
- Standardising and implementing project management and project planning (introducing best practices, training team members, tasks / roles / responsibilities clear to stakeholders, information center within the organisation).
- Improvement and guarantee of program governance
REQUIREMENTS
The job requirements for the position Project Management Officer are:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business or other relevant field
- 3 years’ experience within international projects
- Strong knowledge of ERP is required
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint is a plus
- Strong influential / persuasive personality
- Expert in stakeholder management and professional communication
- Strong in planning and ability to see the bigger picture
- Fluency in English and Dutch
