THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

The company is a well known, fast growing multinational in the pharmaceutical industry.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Project Management Officer plays an important role during the initial planning stages for any project. The PMO creates structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints. By
collaborate with colleagues in different roles to assess the workloads and impacts of different departments, the PMO is able to to identify dependencies and possible issues across teams. During this planning process, the PMO will develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables, or activities to be completed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support in meetings and sessions (Facility, minutes, etc.)
Preparation project team & project board meetings
Follow up project team & project board sessions
Planning & Scheduling & Risk Management
Reporting & Monitoring
Data & Document management
Chase actions

REQUIREMENTS

By managing the overall process of carrying out the project, the PMO is able to adapt plans based on evolving needs, conditions or issues that may arise and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals.
