Job description:
IBM is seeking for Project Management Officer with German with up to 1 year of professional experience. The job offer great upskilling and development opportunities and will involve working in multinational environment.
This role provides project support through ownership and management of project documentation and facilitation of project team communications. A Project Administrator sets up the project control book, enters data, tracks issues and changes, produces status reports and handles financial and procurement transactions. They support general contract management through asset management, audit readiness, financial process support, issues management, measurements reporting, project plan execution and, where applicable, request for service. They work under the direction of the Project Manager to assist in driving projects to successful completion..
Requirements:
- at least 1 year of experience as project coordinator
- University degree
- Good command of English (minimum: Intermediate level)
- Good command of German (minimum: Intermediate level)
- Good communication skills
- Goal orientated and and open minded person
- Proven experience in leading project or taking part in in a project as a team member (preferable in IT environment)
Nice to have:
- Experiences in working with external customer
- Project management certification: CAPM / Prince2 Foundation / IPMA-D
