THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Hessen Germany.
My client, a leading service provider within the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry, is currently looking for a Project Management Director. This position will be located in the Frankfurt and is to be filled immediately.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Project Management you'll lead a team of project Managers across Europe to ensure the successful project completion in line with the internal and external stakeholders. That includes ensuring that projects are completed within the budget and on time as well as industry related standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility over all projects related to your project management team, including risk management assessment activities
External representation of the company at external stakeholders
Information exchange with the senior management according project management issues.
Process improvement initiatives as well as providing scientific consulting
Review of SOP and related documents
REQUIREMENTS
University degree within the life science or biomedical field
Multiple years of relevant experience in the management of international clinical studies as well as leading project teams
Excellent CRO and project management skills
Relevant work experience within the field of Oncology
Ability to travel internationally (50%)
