PROJECT LEADER

Responsible for ensure the new project implementation, meet all customer expectations; coordination of the all the project phases according with customer demands and APQP process, starting by the first analysis of the customer RFQ. Coordination and monitor all the operations of the projects development according with internal quality system and customer requirements. Cooperate with customers and internal project Team to assure the project success. It support Commercial Director in the RFQ analysis and offer preparation
Project Implementation Responsabilities
- Understanding the Customer’s overall projects needs and requirements
- Analyzing of feasibility of the project during the design stage
- Coordinate and submit PPAP documents for new product lunches to meet customer requirements
- Coordinate and submit Control Plans
- Coordination of the development of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Participate and lead new project review to customer and/or internally
- Responsible of respecting customer project phase deadline
- Responsible to submit APQP documentation on customer portal
- Monitoring the marginality of the project and the project budget respecting
- Responsible of customer SQA audit and visit
- Preparation and coordination of all the activities connected with customer SQA audit
- Coordinate internally operation to ensure the success of customer SQA audit and new tools trials
- Facilitate and promote use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action
- Monitoring of EPC (Earlier Production Containment) phase results and timing (according to agreement with customers)
- Collaborate with internal and customers’ quality and engineering personnel to determine critical part features and review manufacturability of design. Make recommendations to modify customer part specifications and tolerances as necessary to support cost effective production
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Toolshop to resolve customer complaints and concerns during project phase
Other Responsabilities
- Support Commercial Director in RFQs analysis
- Offer preparation
- Proactive support to the Commercial Department during customer meetings.
- Assisting the commercial Manager in acquiring new clients
- Selling and explaining Rabugino capabilities to new Customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering. Project Management certifications as a plus.
- 1-3 years experience in the automotive industry in the same role
- Previous work experience in an organization that supplied large OEM’s.
- Customer quality assurance experience
- APQP process knowledge
- ISO TS basic knoledge
- High communicative skills
- Problem solving attitude
