THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Flandre Orientale Belgium.
The company is a large CRO offering a diversity of services, they can facilitate up to clinical trials phase 2. They give a complete development services and clinical trial manufacturing included.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will aid the formulation development for diverse customers. You will lead a interdisciplinary team of specialists that come from different departments. You will to integrate the client's wishes into a project plan and will be the main point of contact. You will also assist in technical input and steer long term coordinating of projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of experts
- Integratie client's wishes into plans
- Act as a main point of contact
- You work all the development processes; from small molecules to more biologics oriented
REQUIREMENTS
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bio-Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of additional experience
- Ability to travel
- Experience with drug development (early stages)
- Charismatic leader
