THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
I am currently looking for a Project Engineer/Manager for a growing Contract Manufacturer Organisation in the Puurs area.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this interesting position you mainly will be responsible for managing that our client's unique products are manufactured timely. All the products are produced according to Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), quality requirements and international standards. In this position you will act as the main point of contact for the CMO day to day activities and it is important that you are able to understand the business.In this job you will also support multiple internal and external departments and other stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing capacity planning, production scheduling and forecast alignment.
- Tracking, monitoring and reporting performance metrics related to manufacturing, operations, quality and costs, and providing reports on CMO performance, issues, risks, schedules, activities, events and/or milestones. This includes maintaining manufacturing/project dashboards.
- Identify and if needed escalate issues that may adversely affect the performance.
- Managing all the issues that impact manufacturing including change controls, deviations and associated documentations.
- Management of the CMO and provide logistic support and coordination activities of all CMO projects.
- Organizing alignment between internal functional area's such as Contract Manufacturing, Operations, QA, QC, Finance, etc. This includes deciding what's on meeting agendas
- Acting as the point of contact between the company and CMO and facilitate timely and streamlined execution of manufacturing and release of products.
- Acting as first point of contact for the CMO
REQUIREMENTS
- Background in (Industrial) Pharmacy is required
- Native Dutch
- Excellent Communication skills
