Project Engineer IT Support

Responsibilities:
- installation and maintenance of computer systems (hardware, operating systems, standard applications)
- installation and configuration of peripheral devices via various interfaces (USB, RS232, etc.)
- maintenance and configuration of peripheral devices (scanners, printers, etc.)
- configuration the application
- implementation of update management, security patches, data backup
- recovery of system states
- professional school or university degree in the fields of computer science, information technology or electrical engineering
- several years of professional experience in the operation and development of IT infrastructure (data networks, active network components)
- knowledge of service processes based on ITIL in the organization
- comprehension of production processes in an automobile factory and classification of IT in these processes
- experience in dealing with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
- very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
- participation in an interesting project for international manufacturing company
