THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
This company discovers, develops and produces new innovative human therapeutics that improve the life expectancy of humanity.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be developing i.e. project funding documents, schedule and change management, cost and schedule risk analysis, together with the project team.
As a project manager you will review and analyse bids, invoices and contractor cost estimates.
You assist the project manager in developing and preparing project strategies and project funding documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for the budget, tracking and controlling the costs regarding the company. You also helps the project manager in developing strategies and negotiating pricing for scope of work.
Monitor and control project schedules and cash flows
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree
- 8 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction
- Strong proficiency and knowledge in construction cost and schedule management
