Our client is a professional Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company has an international atmosphere and is a major player in the Pharmaceutical industry. Their main focus is to improve health and with that people's life. They are constantly developing new innovative therapies for their patients.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference calls. You attend project meetings and assists in development of project reports and presentations. As a project associate you participate in project budget administration including analysis, cost reconciliation, and tracking expenses.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a project associate you are responsible for organising meeting and project planning. You drafts and maintains accurate and make sure all projects documents are updated on time. This includes project plans and status summaries.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of IT
- 3+ years of project administration and support experience, with at least 1 year in IT work environment.
- Knowledge of Project Management practices and methodologies. (Scrum/Agile, PMP)
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong written and organising skills
