Responsibilities:
• Owner of one or more service offers in the Technical Services (TS) Portfolio with ownership of the portfolio lifecycle
• Subject Matter Expertise and & EMEAR Point of Contact
• Accountable for the service offer roadmap
• Ensure service offers are fit for purpose
• Develop, drive and manage product offers between Sales, Delivery and Technical Services Product Management (TSPM)
• Work with Delivery teams to ensure and delivery readiness alignment as appropriate by offer
• Develop and promote programs and incentives to increase the attach and renew of TS sales
• Drive and influence stakeholders, TSPM and Global Delivery
• Initiate and drive continuous service and portfolio improvement
• Oversee the offer pipeline, forecast and actuals
• Build and deliver the offer enablement plan including communications, trainings and general support.
• University or college degree, an MBA would be an added advantage
• 5 to 10 years industry experience
• Experience in Product Management
• Knowledge of Software
• Product Management skills
• Leadership and influencing capabilities
• Strong communicator who is used to achieving results in a highly matrixed organization
• Assertive, positive and can-do attitude
• Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels in an organization
• Change Management capabilities to drive significant changes to accelerate uptake of offers in the region
• Demonstrated ability to use data to identify sales opportunities
• Excellent collaborator
