For our well-known client from laboratory field, currently we are looking for Product Specialist Lab IT Systems Czech Language
Requirements: the chosen Candidate should have laboratory or medical devices background- ideally several years of job in medical or technical environment by working with customer service/trainings/sales departments or in laboratory. Fluent command of Czech is a must, good English communication skills. We are looking for people with “can do� attitude, high level of responsibility and interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers and members of the team. Polish will be an asset.
Responsibilities: technical advisory (via email and phone), examination of complaints, coordination of all administration issues, conducting trainings, maintain positive relationships with customers. Location: Warsaw
