For our Client, international software development company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for a person interested in the position of Product Owner.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the development of detailed and clear product requirements documents and ensuring that all development team members comprehensively understand them. You will confirm that technical architecture is defined as well as dependencies are identified and addressed in advance to ensure a smooth build phase. You will also remove blockers and respond to day-to-day queries, demos and reviews with developers to ensure what is built meets expectations. Moreover, you will collaborate with the UX design team on wireframes, user flows and detailed designs as well as work through necessary compromises between design aspirations and technical capabilities and ensure Dev team feedback is considered early.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate you must have min. 1 year of experience on the position of Product Owner and/or Business Analyst with Scrum methodology gained in software development environment. You must have strong requirement composition skills, with experience of Gherkin and writing BDD User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in an Agile environment. Moreover, you need to have some knowledge of creating UML and user flow diagrams. You should have also very good analytical and customer-oriented skills with ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. Due to international projects you need to speak English at very good level.
