For our client, a household appliances producer , we are looking for a a candidate for a position of:
product manager

Zakres obowiązków:
- develop and implement a category line up to meet the needs of the local market to deliver long term business plan,to achieve sales and profit targets
- broaden the business opportunities by investigating and developing, as appropriate, all options for products to bring to market
- leverage product sourcing partnerships pro-actively, both current and new
- provide support to the sales channels by way of sales promotions, marketing initiatives and training.
- ensure accurate PSI (Purchase, Sales and Inventory) management and sales forecasts to support forward planning
- devise and present promotional activity to underpin the business performance for given period for each category, once agreed ensure effective implementation within the channel
- on a monthly basis ensure the appropriate levels of accruals are taken for agreed activity to support the monthly performance
- consider and implement initiatives in conjunction with business planning to ensure budgeted Gross Profit is delivered for each category
- work within the Budgets allocated to give an agreed ROI
- provide effective and timely reports in order for the management team to be able to manage the business
- keep abreast of developments in the industry (technology and otherwise) and identify potential new business opportunities
- higher education
- 5-7 years in international „A” brand companies
- experience with cooperation with marketing agencies, PR agencies
- experience with professional monitors and audio is more then welcome
- knowledge of markets apart of Poland - East Europe - nice to have
- good knowledge of the consumer electronics market
- very good knowledge of English is a must
