THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Netherlands.
For a specialty Pharma Company, I am currently looking for a strong pharmaceutical marketing professional to act as a Product Manager.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a product manager you are basically the CEO of the product, you will be in charge of the product roadmap and strategic vision
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and Implement Marketing Strategy for Specific SBA
- To Solve complex problems in creative and effective way, and support local sales activities
- Manage agency relationships to develop promotional materials.
- Work closely together with the Medical Affairs to ensure effective development and implementation of strategies.
- To chair project review meetings to review project progress. Hold team accountable for their actions in delivering the project.
- Management of budget, input into product pricing and the continuous monitoring of sales performance against forecasted targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Life sciences or Business degree
- 3 - 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry
- Experience of product launch would be a distinct advantage
- Strong Communicative and Interpersonal skills to be able to deal with stakeholders as well as external customers
- Strategic thinker with ability to formulate, develop and execute development strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
