For an international company specialised in software for online retail clients, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Product Manager (SaaS). Role is based in Łódź, Poland.
Your new role
You will join a fast growing tech company, who wants to expand its brand globally. Your main aim will be to build products that customer love. You will guide and inspire other team members in order to achieve this goal. Your business role will be focused on maximizing business value from the products: from increasing the profitability of existing SaaS products to developing new products for the company. Your responsibilities will include: market research: getting to know customer’s needs and desires, assessing market competition; product management: reviewing product specifications and requirements, recommending ideas for new products, translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, managing the entire product lifecycle, drive product launches; customer experience management: identify, fill product gaps and generate new ideas to improve the experience and drive growth. You will cooperate with Engineering, Tech and Marketing teams on market requirements, product contract and positioning.
What you’ll need to succeed
You have 3+ years of previous experience in product management and/or management of technical teams and proven track record in managing all aspect of a successful product throughout its lifecycle You have technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. An university degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Management will be preferred. You have an excellent command of English. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment & you are born communicator, strategist and ideas person who enjoys working both with business and engineering teams. And last but not least, you are a big picture visionary with the drive to make that vision a reality.
What you’ll get in return
You will be offered a full-time job contract and a competitive salary within the range of 15 000 – 18 000 PLN gross (depending on the level of experience). Your position will be based in Łódź, but you can work both in the office and home office. You will get a chance to work for a fast-paced tech company, who has the ambition to compete with the biggest brands on the market. Your ideas and recommendations will affect the company globally and you will have strong ties with the HQ in UK.
