Product Manager - RX
Implement product management plans and processes to support target customer segment, understand customer behavior, create commercial models and incorporate customer needs to product design, positioning, branding and marketing approach.
Client Details
Well-known pharmaceutical company specializing in dermatological treatments and skin care products is looking for candidates on Product Manager (RX) position.
Description
- In close cooperation with Prescription leadership team develops short-term objectives and strategy for Rx brands.
- Identifing and analyse: HCP needs, competitor activities and market opportunities.
- Conducting appropriate market research to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and future opportunities.
- Monitoring the brand results against the KPI's and makes relevant reports for the management.
- Develops all materials in time and executes with excellence.
- Closely cooperates with the local sales team to enable them to participate in the design of material and to request resources that will help them in the achievement of their objectives.
- Manages the variable marketing budget for assigned Products/areas.
- Contributes to the global brand team for specific projects..
- Supports development and improving training material of assigned products with international marketing.
- Acquires and maintains excellent product knowledge and disease area expertise.
Profile
- University degree
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in product marketing management with RX products
- Good knowledge of HCP promotional channel in the local market
- Successful track record with a product launch is an asset
- Experience in managed many varius projects.
- Successfully coordinates HCP events
- Business planning and very good organizational skills
- Flexible and Creative thinker
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
- Very good English - minimum B2.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office
