THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Netherlands.
Is a huge dairy company, that is growing rapidly. The client wants their employees to grow with them.
The company develops and manufactures milk-based ingredients, primarily functional and nutritional milk proteins.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will deliver product innovation to the dairy products. You will lead and execute research projects.
You will actively promote and facilitate open innovation when relevant for the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively embed and actively share the most up to date ingredients
- Actively sharing product and process knowledge
- Being the expert in innovation areas like Dairy cultures
- Transform applied research into new processes and products
REQUIREMENTS
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in dairy/food science
- You need to be an expert in applying gained technical insights
- The ability to build relations and target your communication to the people you interact with
- Stakeholder management experience
- Fluently in Dutch and English
