THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Chemicals organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
The client is active in the chemical business to business industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the product developer you will function as the primus inter pares where you lead a group of 6 technicians and engineers. You are the central point for troubleshooting and giving directions to the group. You will report to the Lead developer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for setting guidelines, developing a standard for working with new techniques. You are required to bring knowledge of scientific development, motivation and a strong drive to show off a hands-on mentality.
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc in analytical chemistry or similar
- 3-5 years of industry experience
- Strong communicator
- Project experience
- Broad analytical chemistry techniques experience
- Fluent in Dutch
