Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Belgium.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Develop and document new improved formulas.
- Contribute to innovation and renovation of the company.
- Supports manufactering, QA and marketing to ensure product quality and producten efficiency
- Supports and coaches NPD collegues on product development
- Develop new as well as improve existing products
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and document new, renovate and improved product formulas.
- Responsible for setting improved standards for products and its specifications.
- Keeping balance between cost management and product innovation/renovation.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams - Act as a communicator between suppliers.
- Train manufacturing crews on the line and through documentation on production of new products.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master or Bachelor in Food Science/Technology
- Minimal 6 years of food producten experience
- Skilled communicator
- Displays preferably a passion for food and culinary affinity.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
