Procurement Workforce Services Team Leader
Lokalizacja: WrocławFor one of our Client - a leading financial services company, we are actively looking for Procurement Procurement Workforce Services Team Leader.
You will:
- Lead the Procurement Workforce Services team and manage all applicable commercial and contractual aspects within the Workforce Services category at global level.
- Develop credibility and operate as a Team Leader and Subject Matter Expert for Workforce Services and become the first point of contact for the business partners with respect to Procurement Workforce Services team.
- Supervise and execute a portfolio of sourcing projects related to Workforce Services (Health and Welfare, Recruitment and Training, International Assignment Management, Payroll, Background Screening), where sourcing is understood as: defining requirements with requestor, nominating potential suppliers, negotiating commercial conditions and contracting/onboarding chosen supplier.
Your experience:
- 5 years as a Team Lead in sourcing or procurement area together with strong people management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience in working within strong compliance and regulatory culture, driving policies
and procedures, both internally and externally. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to understand demand patterns and demand strategies.
- Strong presentation skills, including experience using Excel and PowerPoint to support
analytical techniques and presentation of data. - Ambitious, hardworking, proactive
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English; German - a plus
