Procurement System Specialist with Italian

Job description
We are looking for the person, who is ready to join the Delivery Team in Katowice, which main responsibility will be supporting our Clients during implementation phase of new procurement portal.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Direct contact with supplier related to introduction to procurement portal
- Conducting introduction meetings, sending communication to suppliers, responding to their queries
- Supplier data clearance and updates
- Managing the catalogues set up in the platform
- Close cooperation with project team on Client side
Candidate’s profile
- Fluent Italian and English (at least C1)
- At least 1 year of experience in AP or procurement area
- Good command of Excel
- High organizational and time management skills, attention to detail
- Focus on high quality customer-oriented service
