Your new role
You will be responsible for sourcing, sending requests for quotation, negotiating, managing ERP processes while following AL governance requirements. Your main responsibilities will contain purchase order creation and managing purchase order approval. Additionally, your role will be responsible for administration, filling and control of Contracts, Agreements and POs. At this position you will report into the Head of Indirect Procurement Europe.
What you'll need to succeed
Our Client requires from candidates fluent English and German (B2+ - written and verbal) who have previous experience in areas of procurement, supply chain management and negotiations. Knowledge of SAP and Ms Excel/Word is an additional asset. Moreover, our Client wants from its future employees to be, self-motivated, well-organized and come out with the initiative to identify improvements in the process.
