Procurement Senior Expert - Real Estate
Lokalizacja: WrocławFor one of our Client - a leading financial services company, we are actively looking for Procurement Senior Expert - Real Estate.
Your tasks:
- Develop credibility and operate as a Senior Expert and Subject Matter Expert for
assigned Real Estate and Corporate Services sub-categories and become the first point
of contact for the business partners with respect to the assigned area. - Execute a portfolio of sourcing projects related to Real Estate and Corporate Services (Construction & Renovations, Facility Management, Post services, Office furniture, Office supplies, Travel, Catering), where sourcing is understood as: defining requirements with requestor, nominating potential suppliers, negotiating commercial conditions and contracting/onboarding chosen supplier.
- Coordinate with other SVM regions and teams to ensure integrated delivery of sourcing
support. - Establish regular communications with the key internal business partners, to ensure agreement and adoption of sub-category strategies, ongoing review of activities undertaken and maintenance of strong client service.
You offer:
- Five years’ experience in sourcing or procurement area.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Working experience within strong compliance and regulatory culture, driving policies and procedures, both internally and externally.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to understand demand patterns and demand strategies.
- Strong presentation skills, including experience using Excel and PowerPoint to support analytical techniques and presentation of data. Ambitious, hardworking, proactive hands-on approach with capability to deal with a growing book of work and accomplish goals.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English; German would be an advantage.
