For our Client, a global well-known organization, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Procurement Process Coordinator with Arabic. The team is located in Warsaw.
Procurement Process Coordinator will be responsible for managing the on-boarding of suppliers, their pre-qualification and compliance to EHS, financial stability etc. and relationship development. The hired person will maintain, develop and coordinate contract documentation. He/She will prepare reports (contract analysis, spends, savings) and coordinate supplier performance. Procurement Coordinator will be also accountable for trainings of tools and best practices to the Sourcing/operations community.
We are looking for Candidates with at least three years of experience in operational/supporting role in procurement. The fluent command of English and Arabic is a must. To succeed in this role you will need strong analytical skills, excellent organizational, administrative, numerical, and commercial abilities. You would also have to be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and bring actions to completion. Depending on Candidate’s experience our Client offers a salary of at least 7000 PLN gross.
