Your new company
For our Client, the Wroclaw based global shared service center of a Fortune 500 company; we are looking for an ideal candidate to join the company as a Procure to Pay Senior Manager.
Your new role
You will lead the operations teams responsible for procurement, invoice processing and vendor query management across Europe, Middle East and Africa. As the organization leader, this role is responsible for the operational framework of P2P in the region, represent the team in leadership forums, drive stakeholder engagement and own people management within the team. Key focus areas of P2P Senior Manager include driving global KPI’s within the teams and own glidepath to a best in class per global benchmarks; owning the monthly/quarterly recons and account clearing to ensure full adherence to SOX/audit requirements; owning the vendor experience end to end while driving the vendor strategy per global initiatives; foster strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders; ensure adherence to the global end-to-end procure to pay process and technology design.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you need to have strong P2P experience and in-depth knowledge of the process, people management experience and strong analytical skills with business and financial acumen. Your excellent supplier or customer service skills and strong leadership, communication and influencing skills will lead to your success. Excellent English skills and Economic or Finance background are essential. Knowledge of other European languages and ability to work and deliver collaboratively across and complex global matrix will be your strong asset.
