THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Utrecht Netherlands.
Is a specialist in processing, packaging and eventually distribution of food products, especially focussing on efficiency. They package products from juices to ice cream and cheese. Focussing on keeping the consumption of raw materials and energy to a minimum they aim to serve their customers in more than 170 countries accross the world.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be working together with different customers and suppliers, providing safe, innovative and environmentally friendly products. Within the Benelux the company has more than 65 people working together to design, build and sell processing lines in the food industry. For the Dutch site the company is currently looking fo an enthusiastic Process Engineer. You will be a member of the main engineering team and you will support the account managers in designing different processing solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will responsible for the translation of the stakeholder needs into the companie's system
- You will perform calculations, designs, simulations etc. in different projects for overall process improvement
- Creation of project specific documents based on the companies' standards
- Providing customer support % troubleshooting at the necessary moments
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering and/or Food Technology
- Experience in hygienic food production
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop effective relationships
- Fluent in Dutch and English
