Process Optimization Specialist

The Process Optimization Specialist will be a member of a center of competence working with the Global Process Owners to secure the high standard of the transformation of the global finance function. Main duties on this position include:
- Assist in the implementation of the global standard processes and best practices,
- Collecting business/country/finance specifications and needs from the company"s finance community
- Assist in the implementation of a Data Quality/Data Governance culture within the organization,
- Assist in the analysis of to-be processes at country / regional level during implementations
- Ensuring consistency in drafting working-instruction
- Participate in test & validation of new process and system changes
- Identify and address additional training needs
- Work across departments as well as with all business units and geographies
Requirements:
- Experience in 2 of the finance streams (P2P, O2C, R2R)
- Experience in process optimization/continuous improvement in financial services role (or acting as a Team Leader, Manager or Coordinator)
- Graduate level of studies in Finance, Accounting or IT
- Experience in shared services environment
- Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus)
