We will accept and invite for the interview candidates that fulfill the required specification as below:

• Successfully finalized Engineering study (BA & MA)
• Professional / practical experiences in the area of requirements – or high potential newcomer
• Fluent English – second language as additional asset (especially German)
• Ability to work independently as well as in changing team structures
• Expert knowledge of Engineering software’s, methods, tools and their application: CAD systems (Microstation, AutoCAD, FactoryCAD), MS Office, Industrial Engineering, MTM, REFA

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Execution of planning projects in the automotive industry (OEM, Suppliers)
• Planning and optimization of assembly processes in various project phases
• Engineering, evaluation, optimization of plants, machines, equipment, processes
• Active influence of the product within the framework of the SE teamwork
• Concept planning, process planning, drafting of specifications and tender documents, supporting the awarding process, supplier supervision, buy-offs, training, start-up
• Detail planning of production processes, including line balancing, works station planning, time analyzes, virtual assembly, feasibility studies, workplace design, etc.
• Working out of process sheets, implementation of process FMEA’s, Control systems, etc.
• Transfer planning results into process and plant layouts (2D / 3D) including visualization
• Develop overall layouts from concept to as-built status, incorporating progressing inputs from own engineering works as well as 3rd party inputs – e.g. conveyors, building, utilities
• Supervision of plant, equipment installation and commissioning
