ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Warehouse Process Improvement Lead is part of the Warehouse and Distribution team. You are responsible for improvement initiatives related to the supply chain department. The small initiatives are purey focused on Warehouse and Distribution. Improvement initiatives can also be related to bigger cross-departmental projects in which the Process Improvement Lead will represent the Warehouse and Distribution Department or will lead the specific Warehouse and Distribution related work-stream.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain close relationships with managers to harvest ideas and changes
- Revising and creating written procedures
- Embedding improvements within the organization’s way of working
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in a related field
- 1-3 year professional experience in supply chain
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Strong analytical skills
- Can work in a highly regulated environment
