Your new role
On this role you will have process improvement lead function. You will be responsible for identify areas for improvements, prepare change recommendations and lead improvement initiatives, support projects and monitor process effectiveness in projects, lead strategic improvement projects (responsible for planning, execution, status updates and communication of project deliverables) and design new process plans and strategies for improvement along with company strategic goals. The part of the role is also change management – you will be engage in building relations with stakeholders and ensure commitment for changes. On this role you will be also involved in providing appropriate training and support to staff to ensure that changes are effectively implemented, coordination and mentor the people through process improvements methodologies to deliver strategic goals, keep up-to-date with quality developments, changing regulatory requirements, and cooperate with Quality Team.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed on this position you need to have a master degree in engineering, technical/scientific discipline, economics or quality and minimum 5 years of combined experience as Business Process Analyst, Improvement Lead or on a similar position. Moreover, you need to have excellent analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and to analyse data from different sources, considerable knowledge of software development life cycle (like V-mode, Agile, etc.), fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills and High level of independency on a daily basis.
