Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The process improvement associate is responsible the implementation of improvement initiatives related to the supply chain and logistics. The projects can be small to bigger cross-departmental improvement initiatives projects mainly focused on distribution and warehousing. The associate will act as a project manager implementing the initiatives in a pro-active and hands on manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvements
- Maintain close relationships with managers to harvest ideas and changes
- Revising and creating written procedures
- Embedding improvements within the organization’s way of working
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in a related field
- 1-3 year professional experience in supply chain
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Strong analytical skills (Excel)
- Can work in a highly regulated environment
