Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
Is a big international company in the production of health related food products. Their mission is to bring health through food to as many people as possible . The company has more than 100.000 employees worldwide of which 2.250 are located in the Netherlands. This department is developing health through food with special diets and drinks.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a process engineer you are responsible for product optimalization of plastic bottles with medical food liquids. You are responsible for two of the major process assembly lines. You will be in contact with different operators, mechanics and the teamleader. Together you will discuss points that need optimalization after which you will be responsible for this.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- For big optimalization projects you will be in charge of a project team
- You will also participate in new processing and packaging projects while you work together with the packaging engineers, during which safety, quality and sustainability of importance.
- You will be training a Junior Process Engineer who will be responsible of the sustainability of four different lines.
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc or BSc, preferred with Life Sciences background
- Good communicative skills
- Problem solving capabilities
- 1/2 years of experience in the food processing industry
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma
