De opdrachtgever is een leidende organisatie in de voedingsindustrie, gespecialiseerd in halffabricaten. Wegens uitbreiding van het team zijn zij op zoek naar een Process Engineer Dairy.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
My client is looking for a Process Engineer Dairy, who will be responsible for the complete coordination of a project concerning dry and liquid dairy products. You will be the center of the Engineering team with other kind of Engineers and you will communicate frequently with them. You will be reviewing the technical installations, writing P&ID's and technical specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviewing the technical installations, writing P&ID's and technical specifications.
- Communicating with all concerning stakeholders, both internal and external: suppliers, clients, QA, production
- Utilize or develop new technologies and methods to continuously improve product quality, increase department efficiency, and improve cost-efficiency
- Daily monitoring and trouble shooting control system problems
- Advise others on the key benefits, drawbacks and rationale for engineering standards and policies
REQUIREMENTS
- Msc Chemical Engineering, Msc Food Technology or similar degrees
- Knowledge of working with P&ID's, HAZOP, FDS's, heat exchangers, pressure drop calculations, sanitary installations
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- At leat 1 year of experience with processes in dairy
- Good communication skills
