Our client is a professional Chemicals organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
Is one of the biggest polymer producers in the world. The company is active in the manufacturing of high quality polymer materials and the development of innovative products used in every day live. The most important market segments they serve are construction, electronics and automotive. With 30 production facilities all over the world they employ more than 15.000 employees.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be functioning as a process engineer to optimise the overall plant performance and production operation. You will be responsible for the continuous collection of information and updates in process engineering to deliver high quality innovative solutions. You will for example be involved in the execution of conceptual designs and feasibility studies and development of processes for guiding lab and pilot plant studies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing technology input in engineering projects
- Cooperate with different internal and external departments
- Cooperate with different internal and external suppliers
- Work together in international groups to work on local and international projects
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering
- Broad knowledge about the process technology area
- Skilled in process flowsheeting and moddeling of processes
- Fluent in English
