Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
Very interesting and revolutionary company in the medical devices industry. They are ready to bring their first, very innovative and revolutionary product, into manufacturing.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role, you get the freedom to improve and scale up our manufacturing processes, and help revolutionize standards of care, you get unlimited access to a clean room and 10.000 volt, in a very driven, international team. It's a very interesting and ambitious company, who are always working with breakthrough technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and improve the manufacturing processes for their product platform
- Identify and drive projects from idea to implementation
- Improve quality and mitigate process risks
- Execute process validations
- Support the production team by (for example) trouble shooting, root cause analysis etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least a MSc degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in setting up, validating and improving manufacturing processes
- Able to dig deep and fast, not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Very strong in project management, process validations and six sigma
- Able to transfer knowledge
- Fluent in English
