For our Client we are currently looking for process and improvement analysts who are fluent in English.
Who are we looking for?
Our perfect candidate needs to speak English fluently (any other Eastern European language will be a strong asset) and have at least Bachelor Degree or an Engineer Degree .
You will be able to use your analytical skills conducting business analysis and creating short- and long-term plans of possible improvement and their implementation. Day to day job will require working with many analytical tools (e.g. Microsoft Access or Excel) so good knowledge of MS Office package is a must. Moreover, knowledge of project management tools will be a strong asset. Also, you will be able to test your creativity while presenting new solutions and improvements you think will help the business. This position will also have you working with different teams so ability to work in a dynamic environment is very important.
Experience in a similar position is mandatory and experience in customer service related position is nice to have.
