They are one of the biggest transportations businesses in the worlds. This company are now looking for a data analyst to join their growing Cracow’s team.
Your new role
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst support the development of the wider operational strategy of the processes across Eastern Europe. This is an excellent opportunity to play an instrumental role in developing and co-ordinating migration projects.
On a daily basis you will be responsible for Identification of key processes and controls through close collaboration with various teams and documenting processes using common business process mapping techniques. The major part of the job will be validating key controls within the processes and cross referencing them to the control register as well as suggesting improvements where processes do not generate the required control evidence. You will work with stakeholders to elicit the necessary information and advising teams on quality and appropriateness of controls where necessary.
You will use a range of analytical skills and project management knowledge. Overall you will interpret, collate and communicate key insights to optimize the strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have an excellent understanding of analytical techniques. Prior experience of mapping or modelling existing business processes is necessary. Strong communication skills, close attention to detail and an ability to adhere to agreed standards and strict governance processes is a must. You will have the ability to present findings and recommendations both verbally and using Excel and PowerPoint as well.Prior experience or certification in PM will be an additional value.
