Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Brussel Belgium.
This company makes product for the health care. The products they make are used by doctors and by patients. You can find there products in every healthcare facility.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Principal Engineer you will be in a leading position. You will lead your own Engineering team, and you will supervise a smaller team. Next to this you will evaluate and modify of different engineering procedures and techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team through all the processes, from start till end of the process
- Supervise a smaller project what will be a part of larger project
- Be the point of communication between all the departments and higher management
- Lead engineers and technicians to successes
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum B. Eng with 7 years of Experience
- Good understanding of technical theories and other disciplines
- Capable to lead multiple teams
- Strong communicator and be able to convince the higher management
- Objectives and cost implications handling
