For our Client, a company located in Katowice, we are looking for Candidates willing to work on a position of a Pricing Specialist.
This role will be held responsible for the formation and the implementation of pricing tools and should act as a pricing leader and an advisor on business issues. While working on this position, the Candidate will need to provide support in creating pricing programs and business engagements, as well as support in proposal developments and negotiations. The duties will also include consulting and analyzing, as the Candidate will be responsible for profitability and risk analysis, gross margin and break even analysis and price sensitivity calculations. What is more, this role will require effective communication and cooperation with other levels of the organization, as well as the provision of pricing training and pricing communication to sales and channel departments.
A successful Candidate should have a university degree in the field of engineering, marketing, finance or an equivalent and minimum five years of relevant professional experience. Furthermore, he/she should demonstrate a broad knowledge in terms of cross-border selling, distribution channels and pricing issues and an understanding of automation products. The Candidate should be also characterized by the ability to work within a team, as well as take a leadership role and have an experience in computer applications. Due to work in international environment you must have fluent English language skills.
