THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

You will work within a global change programme.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As the Programme Manager you will work within the management team of a global Change Programme. You will be responsible for the planning and progress of the programme, as well as derogations, finance processes, plans and interdependency management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Improvement and guarantee of programme governance
- Information transparency and reliability
- Set up and implement templates and best practices for several change teams
- Traceability of management documentation, programme history and organisational knowledge
- Manage an international group of stakeholders
- Risk Management
- Tracking of programme metrics reporting and financial management
- Resource management of international change teams
- Manage group of change managers and ensure decision making
- Manage implementations of standardised business processes
- Ensure adherence to the global change programme methodology and strategy

REQUIREMENTS

- Master’s degree in Finance, Business or other relevant field
- At least 7 years’ experience in managing complex programmes
- 3 years’ experience within global projects
- Strong knowledge of ERP is required
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint is a plus
- Strong influential / persuasive personality
- Expert in stakeholder management and professional communication
- Strong in planning and ability to see the bigger picture
- Fluency in English
