plant manager

Responsibilities:
- management and organization work of production: printing, assembly line; other departments as: quality, logistics and shipping
- budget control
- organization work of employees to assure good time management, optimal utilization of machines and devices, efficient realization of production plan
- machines control – preventive activities
- suggesting changes in methods and productive processes in order to perfecting them
- continuous improvement of production processes taking on mind; quality, efficiency, safety and environment protection
- technical support in occurring problems
- consult with the social partners within the framework of general business guidelines to ensure that social harmony in the plant is boosted
- coach and work on development of employees to ensure their competences, skills and know-how are used and developed to the best advantage and to work as a well-functioning plant
- oversee compliance with the safety and standards, internal rules and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for the employees within a safe and correct production process
- contact with local authorities
- other common activities
Requirements:
- university degree in engineering or technical
- minimum 3 years of experience in production environment on similar position is a must
- managerial skills
- experience in production, logistics, quality
- strong managerial skills

- Capacity to assure the highest quality standards in production, to implement improvements.
