Our client, the international production company, is looking for a Plant Manager to lead the production plant.
Description
Deliver the start-up of the new plant according to the plan
Develop organizational structure to manage operation plant processes and systems
Manage the Health, Quality, Safety & Environment meeting local regulation requirements
Manage the long-term and short-term planning of production facility capacity and output
Lead and manage the lean culture of the plant
Profile
University degree
5 year professional experience in operational management in a manufacturing plant
Familiar with Polish legislation regarding a manufacturing operation
Experience in implementing corporate standards and procedures
Ability to formulate strategies, develop plans and set goals
Experience in team management (minimum 50 people)
Fluent English and Polish
