For our client, well-known company operated in insurance area we are looking for experienced candidate to full position of Planning and Performance Manger to newly created team.
On this position you will be responsible delivery of timely and high quality Planning and Performance Management processes and products (planning and forecasting, performance reporting, expense reporting, data management) as well as identifying financial issues and the drivers behind, support counter-measures definition and track achievement. What is more, on this position you will be collect and consolidate expense actuals and plan data to prepare forecasts and plans. You will be also preparing ad-hoc reports and review and oversight over more junior specialists.
To be successful on the position you need to have a few years of experience in in controlling or audit area as a specialist with combination of people supervising and willingness to develop yourself as a manager in the future. What is more, you need to be fluent in English and be able to take part in transition process. Financial certification like CIMA will be a strong plus.
