ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for the improvement of the overal performance of the manufacturing lines and you will play an essential role in the support of sustainable growth. You will lead teams in manufacturing you wil gather and analyse data to perform trend analysis to improve the value stream. Through coaching and day-to-day excellence you will assist your colleagues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will own, develop and improve the packaging line performance
- Monitoring the packaging line performance trends and take action on it
- Determine the packaging line performance targets
- Use LEAN/Six Sigma tools to identify areas for performance improvements
- Develop business cases for improvement proposals and leads implementation of smaller projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master Industrial Engineering
- 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, performance improvement in manufacturing operations
- 2 years of experience in a highly regulated business environment in Pharma, Food or the Chemical Industry
- Fluent in Dutch
- Experience with GMP and GDP standards
- Problem solving capabilities
