For our Client, international company located in Cracow, we are looking for Candidates on the position of Personnel Administration Senior Specialist.
Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for being the key contact person for Payroll and Personnel Administration services, coordinating delivery of reports required by Finance/Accounting department related to Payroll and Benefits, coordinating distribution of employment contracts/documents and ensuring that they have been duly filled in, signed and returned by the New joiners and performing monthly checks of invoices issued by Payroll provider. Answering employee queries related to labour law and company regulations will be also a duty.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with min. 5 – 6 years’ experience in Personnel Administration department and very good command of English (B2). Good level of computer literacy (Word and Excel) and great knowledge of Labour Law are required. Experience in payroll services will be an asset.
